These terms govern your use of Galdesign (“Galdesign,” “we,” “us”), a product search and sourcing tool for interior designers. By using Galdesign you agree to them. If you use it for a studio or company, you agree for it too.
What Galdesign does
Galdesign searches products that independent stores sell, compares them against what you ask for (size, material, finish, color, stock and more), and links you to each store's own page. We don't sell, ship or take payment for any product. Every purchase is between you and the store, on the store's terms, prices and policies.
Information about products
Product details come from the stores' public pages and feeds, and some are read from product photos by AI. Stores change prices, stock and details without telling us, and automated reading makes mistakes, so details on Galdesign can be out of date or wrong. Check everything that matters on the store's page, and with the store, before you order or advise a client. Galdesign is a research aid, not a guarantee of any product's size, material, safety, availability or price.
Stores and trademarks
The stores shown are independent of Galdesign and haven't endorsed or sponsored it unless we say so. Store names, logos, trademarks, product photos and descriptions belong to their owners and are shown to identify the products and link you to them.
Affiliate links
Some links to stores may be affiliate links: when you buy through one, the store may pay Galdesign a commission, at no extra cost to you. It never decides which products search shows or how they rank.
Your account
Keep your password private; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it. An admin of your studio's workspace can add and remove its members.
Your content
The searches you run and the corrections you enter stay yours. You let us store and process them to run Galdesign for you, and you confirm you may share any client information you enter. Corrections you make to product facts may be used to improve the catalog for everyone.
Acceptable use
- Don't copy, scrape or export Galdesign's catalog in bulk, or resell or republish it, beyond what you look up for your own work.
- Don't try to get around sign-in, limits or security, or disrupt the service.
- Don't use Galdesign for anything unlawful, or to infringe anyone's rights.
Changes and ending use
We may change Galdesign or these terms; when a change is significant we'll say so in the app before it takes effect. You may stop using Galdesign at any time, and we may suspend an account that breaks these terms.
No warranty; limit of liability
Galdesign is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, Galdesign isn't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for any loss arising from a purchase from a store or from information shown in the app, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for Galdesign in the twelve months before it.
